I would like to simulate the LMR62014 using the Texas Instruments Tina simulation software. Is there a .CIR file or other spice model that can be used by Tina? Since it can be simulated in WeBench, a spice model must exist but I cannot find it.

Hi Tom,
This part does not have a SPICE model at this time and one does not exist inside WEBENCH either. Where did you find the SPICE model you are referring to?
Thanks,
The Webench application appears on the product page for the LMR62014 at
http://www.ti.com/product/LMR62014
I assumed that meant that it can be used to simulate. I just tried it and Webench does
list the component.
Hi Tom,
The WEBENCH Tool can be used for design, simulation, CAD Export and additional tasks. At this time all features are not enabled for the parts although we are trying to rectify this and add more features. At this time simulation is not enabled for this part. If you want to simulate a design, I would recommend choosing a part from WEBENCH design recommendations that has that feature enabled (look for red sine wave) and has design parameters close to what were produced for LMR62014.
If you can provide me your VIN, VOUT and Load conditions, I can help you with this.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Best regards,
