Can someone please translate the encrypted CSD18532Q5B model to either simplis or a non encrypted spice model? Non encrypted spice model may work depending on the complexity of the model to import into simplis.
Thanks!

David,
Can you tell us what version of Simplis you are using? We are investigating to see if we can provide an encrypted Simplis model.
Britt
David,
The models you requested are attached to this thread.
They were encrypted using Simetrix-Simplis 7.10.
Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

John
Hey John, The UCC27200 model has net names for inputs to the subcircuit and Simplis needs net numbers only. Can you please change this description and resend it to me. We need to make a symbol in simplis as well. I have a contact at Simplis who can help with this. His name is Tom Wilson twilson@simplistechnologies.com. Please let me know which way you would like to support this. You can send me model with numbers instead of names and I can send to Tom or you can send me model with numbers and symbol and I am complete.
Thanks for your help.

David,
I checked the Simetrix sim manual and it doesn't mention the restrictions on pin names.
It gives an example where pin names are in text, not numbers.
In addition, the model with non-numerical pin names seems to run in Simetrix 7.1.
The attached file unzips to a test circuit used to test the model with non-numerical pins.
As a "just in case" the unzipped file also contains a new model with numbered pins.
Please let me know if you need anything else.
Regards,
John
The model your provide works well in Simetrix but I need a simplis model unless I am missing something here. The example circuit you gave me is a simetrix simulation. Does TI have a Simplis model for this device?

Apologies David,
I am not a frequent user of Simetrix or Simplis, and assumed they used the same model syntax. My version of Simplis is not compatible with your newer version. I'll get an upgraded license and rework/retest the model.

John
Thanks John. I really appreciate all of your help. Do you have an ETA when I might receive a simplis model?
VR
do
David,
The short answer is that we don't have an ETA yet.
We dont' have access to Simplis 7.1, which is critical for rework & test of the model.
I sent an email to the vendor on Tueday but haven't yet heard back.
Regards,
John
David,
According to feedback from the vendor, Simplis has its own unique simulation engine which is different than a Spice engine. As a result, Simplis will not run our current model, which is a Spice netlist.
It will work in Simetrix/Simplis, which was used to test the model before attaching it to this thread.
