I am also designing a power supply around the TPS61175, but I cannot get the SwitcherPro software to produce results. The error message I see is, "HighSide Mosfet Rdson calculation Failed. Failed to Finish Updating Calculations after loading design."
All comments and advice are appreciated. I have reinstalled the software and reboot my workstation numerous times.
Thanks,
Ricky
I'll take personal responsibility for this bug. I was making some core changes last software cycle that effected Gate Voltage Calculations. I made a type-o in the code for this particular device. The automated testing I was running gave me a false positive and I so I didn't know it was broken until it was in your hands.
We're fixing our tests and we're fixing the type-o. We should have an update to the tool out by this Friday to fix the problem.
I'm really sorry, for the inconvenience.
Hello Cosmin and Ricky,
We have fixed the bug with TPS61175 in SwitcherPro. The fix is released on the web now. Desktop version will be released within the next hour. The applicaiotn can now create a design with inputs specified by Cosmin.
Thank you for reporting this and helping us improve the quality of our software.
Thanks,
