The TMS320DM648 was not sent in the Wednesday shipment before Thanksgiving even though I requested a 24 hour turn.  I just sent email to our vendor requesting status.

Actually the vendor did send the TMS320DM648 bxls on Nov 26th but I did not see them until now.  They are included below for your convenience.  They will appear on ti.com within a week.

Hello Janet,

Thank you for the files, but unfortunately they are not working. If I try to open one of them with Ultra Librarian I get the error message "None of gate 1's referenced symbols are in the current library". Then just the footprint shows up but not the schematic symbol. I am using version 5.3.574 of Ultra Librarian. I have tried it with all of the files and none of them works.

I loaded TMS320DM648_CUT_529.bxl into UltraLibrarian free reader version 5.3.381 and received the same error, "None of gate 1's referenced symbols are in the current library" that you are seeing.  I have sent bxls back to vendor for correction.

Actually if you click on through, the Symbol is showing up for me but not the footprint.  Again, I will follow up with vendor and get back to you.

Hello Janet, 

Thank you again for the files. Now, UltraLibrarian can open the file and exports it, but if I try to import it in Altium I get the Error "Unexpected Symbol: ." I don't know if there is still something wrong with the files, or if there is going something wrong while importing. I have already successfully imported other symbols that UltraLibrarian generated and they worked fine, so I think it could be the files. After the Error is displayed, the UL_Import.pas stops at line 269, if that helps. I have also tried it with all of the three files.
