SPICE Model for CD4007UB

Hey there. I'm really wanting a SPICE model for the CD4007 MOSFET Array chip. I have looked around and found a couple things, but they don't seem to be all that accurate.

I don't necessarily need an actual SPICE part. Just a ".model" list for LTSpice's ".mos" file would be fine, since I have my mosfets shown as separate devices in my schematic.

Any help would be great. Sorry if I sound like an amateur. I'm working on a school project.

CURRENTLY: Using model described here < http://www.physicsforums.com/showthread.php?t=715539 >

  • Alex,

The CD4007 does not have a TI provided Spice model. From the datasheet provided, you may be able to fit an VDMOS model (LTSpice Power FET model) to it.

I do have a very old .lib file for it (I do not think that it was generated by TI, however). You may use this at your own risk because I cannot authenticate it and I do not remember where I found this particular file, so your mileage may vary...

    5824.CD4007.lib

I am fairly sure you can find this file on the web as well. No guarantees as to how accurate it is or how it would compare to a real device in its behavior.

You can import it into LTSpice as well.
