I'm trying to simulate a current to voltage converter in TINA TI. How do I best simulate the dual output current sinks of the DAC5681Z?

I know this is a very late response (our apologies), but this has been covered in an article in our Analog Applications Journal. The article has links to TINA simulation circuits that are examples of how to do this.
This TINA file is also a simple model of the DAC5681 output:
It has complementary current source outputs with 5pF of parasitic capacitance and output swings of 2ma to 20ma as specified in the data sheet.
