TPS61165 Eval Board Software Problem

Hey Guys,

I've got a customer who can't get the software to install on his PC. He has already tried installing from the CD and Web, restarting his computer, and also trying these on an alternate computer. I have attached the error that he recieves. Can you please take a look at it and provide a solution?

    I just tried installing from the TI web and had no problem but that was from within the TI intranet.  Can you or Ian do the following:

    1.  Try downloading the software from the web on your home computer, outside of the TI intranet

    2.  Order an EVM with the CD

    2.  If 1 is successful, remove the software using the Control Panel Add/Remove Programs app and then try to install from the CD.

    If it possible that the software team changed something that makes the web software not install but the CD should install, unless the CD got corrupted.  I will forward the error message to the software team.
