Hi Vlad,
With the "Combinational Stepping" mode you have selected (under Analysis, Mode), you get 30 plots for Vout (with R1 varied from 1k to 10k in 10 steps AND C1 varied from 72pF to 108pF in 3 steps), with some of them shown below:
What do you mean by "family of curves" if not what you get (shown above)?

You need a frequency counter in TINA-TI which I don't think exists!
One "not-so-easy" way to get a plot of frequency vs. R1 (for various C1), is to Export your output waveform (by doing File, Export, As Text in Transient Response panel) to get a *.txt file and open it in Excel. Then, in Excel, for each set of X-Y values (you will have 30 of these) you could do a script to figure out the repetition frequency of each and have it plotted.
However, I'm not familiar with writing scripts in Excel and I cannot show you how it is done (may be other people more familiar can help, or they know of other ways of doing this easier?).
