Error in importing IGBT pspice model into TINA TI

Could anyone pls help me out in this???

I tried to create a Macro Model for IXGH28N120BD1 IGBT.

The pspice model has been downloaded from manufaturers website. But i wasn't able to import this into TINA-TI.

Also here i have attached the pspice model of this igbt.5164.IXGH28N120BD1.lib

The model file contains a device that is not supported in TINA-TI. The NIGBT model is not supported in TINA-TI.

I do not know of any high power IGBT models that are built into TINA-TI. However, any IGBT model that uses a .SUBCKT that contains supported MOS models for the behavior can be imported into TINA-TI.

I believe that ON Semi provides some PSpice models for IGBT's that can be imported into TINA-TI. None of the IXYS Power models for PSpice will work as they use the NIGBT built in model in PSpice.
