Simulator tools which support Hspice models

I would like to do a simulation of 4-bit bidirectional voltage translator TXS0104EDR. I have to create a setup such that accept 3.3V input (A-side) and see the output on 5V side (B-side). I could able to find the ibis and hspice model from the TI website. Currently i am having HyplerLynx (9.0.1) which is accepting ibis model but can't create above setup. Also Hyperlynx is not accepting hspice models.

I would like to know which simulation tool is useful (other than Synopsys) for hspice simulation.
