TINA-TI can be downloaded from http://focus.ti.com/docs/toolsw/folders/print/tina-ti.html.

There has been an update to TPS40200 which has not been deployed to the download library. The updated models are located at: http://focus.ti.com/docs/prod/folders/print/tps40200.html#toolssoftware under Simulation Models subheading.
