Unable to open old WEBENCH designs.

I am unable to open old WEBENCH designs that I created before 2009. I get a message:

This page can’t be displayed

Make sure the web address http://webenchv1.ext.ti.com is correct.
Look for the page with your search engine.
Refresh the page in a few minutes.

Designs from 2009 to the present open without a problem.

Is it possible to restore these old designs?

Take a look at designs 64, 65,66.

I only did some spot checking, but it appears that any design prior to design 82 will not open.

Hi Michael,

Thanks for being a long time WEBENCH user with us.

We did a major software change in WEBENCH in 2008 so some older designs prior to that is not compatible with the new tools anymore.

The work around is to use the following links to open your older design (by changing your DesignId parameters for older designs).

My recommendation is to re-create these design in the new tool so it will have more features and later update available.

I will also discuss with the team to see if we handle it in the software instead of using patches like this.
