How to print out the design report in WEBENCH Design center

Hi Friends:

  I use WEBENCH to design a AC to DC power supply.

  After  open the design, I hope to print out the circuit and BOM but It seems don't work !

  Is there any setting I need to do ?

  I'm looking forward to answers !

    Marshall,

    Did you use the pdf design report or did you try to print both from the dashboard? If you click on the Print icon:

    A .pdf file is created of the complete design. It will contain all of the information on the design. You will need to have adobe acrobat on your machine in order to read the .pdf file.

    Hi Britt:

      Thank you for ypur reply.

      Some design project are OK, 

      But, When I try AC mode,Input  Min=110V, Max=160V, 

            Volt  Output = 24Vdc,   Iout = 5A,

             Press  "Start design",

             I choose "Compare all parts type"

             There is only LM5023 was shown, then I press "Open design"

              Every thing seems OK, The circuit, BOM ...etc are shown.

             When I press  "Print" Icon to print the result, the screen is halt at a blank frame.

             I've try many times, all the same result !

             I just don't known why ?

             If you find something wrong, Please let me know !

    Hello Marshall,

    I found the problem that caused 'fail to generate report' issue. This problem is for all LM5023 designs. We are working on the permanent solution now. In the meantime, I temporarily fixed your design(id=169) for you, so you can generate your report. Please be aware of that if you create a new design for device LM5023, you will have the same problem. 

    And please let me know if you have any questions.

    Hello Marshall,

    The problem is fixed now. Please let me know if you still see the problem. Since I "fixed" your ID=169. You need to create a new design for LM5023 to verify it.
