Depletion mode FETs in TINA?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI

http://www.tina.com/components says "MOS transistor (enhancement- and depletion-mode, N and P channel)" but in TINA-TI, it only says enhancement mode:

are there no depletion-type FETs in TINA?

  • Jonathan9420,

There are no directly placeable Depletion mode MOSFETs in TINA-TI. There may be in TINA Industrial, however, I do not have an up to date copy to verify which ones are present. Since TINA-TI has an import capability (New Macro Wizard) you can easily add any depletion mode PSpice model for any product. There is a symbol for the depletion mode devices that can be associated when importing the model.
