Hello,
I used Webench to create a schematic for the LM3150 DC-DC Converter.

Input: 26~32 V; output: 24 V /8 Ampere;
I have not changed the component types, manufacturer.
(1)I found the temperature of LM3150 is about 80°C.
Is the temperature high when LM3150 works ?
(2) The output voltage  drop below 24 V (about 15V).    

Is there any suggestion for this case?

    Hi Vega,

    Are these results from simulation or from bench measurements?  If they are from bench measurements, can you please include the PCB layout file?  This may help us debug further.

    The maximum operating junction temperature for the device is 125degC, so 80degC may still be acceptable.
