    Hello,
      I'm sorry you are experiencing issues with the WEBENCH login process.  In order to troubleshoot this issue, we will need to know your email address.  If you can send that directly to me, we will try to fix this problem.  My email is jeff.perry@ti.com.  Also, can you please let me know what it says in the upper right corner of the WEBENCH interface where is says "Welcome ...".
