If I use LM5576MH as negative Power Source like below, should I connect Thermal pad to GND? or elsewhere?

Hi,
The Exposed Pad of the LM5576 is internally connected to the ground pin of the device. In the inverting buck-boost application, the Exposed Pad should be connected to the same potential as the ground pin, which is the negative output voltage of the circuit.
