Capacitor Tolerance Values In Webench

In Webench, the capacitor tolerances appear to be off by a factor of 100.  Is this a matter of incorrectly displaying the tolerance as a percentage?  Or is the simulation using an incorrect tolerance value?  Are the tolerances even used in the simulation?  Here is a screenshot of an example of what I'm talking about:
