Tried this 3 times and can't get the lm317 to load in webench schematic???

there is no way to ask questions on this in a webench forum.

Hello Bill,

LM317 is not enabled in WEBENCH. You can check the list of devices enabled in WEBENCH at: http://webench.ti.com/webench5/devices/

Perhaps you can try to put in your design conditions into WEBENCH Power Designer and check out other devices that would meet or exceed your requirements.
