Since this is based on DCS Topology which is hysteretic, an average model is not applicable. Since this is a module with internal L and C, there is not much to change anyway for the customer. If you do want to test the stability, you could create a design for TPS82740A in WEBENCH and run Load Transient simulations to see the response.
