Ultra Librarian and LMZ31710_RVQ_42.bxl(LMZ31520_RLG_72.bxl) problem

I'm attempting to us TI's provided LMZ31710_RVQ_42.bxl and LMZ31520_RLG_72.bxl) file to import  footprint into "Mentor expedition 99-2000 or  newer" using Ultra Librarian and I cannot get the right xxx_xxx_xxx_Cells.hkp(the hkp file size is only 1kB).

In Ultra Librarian Log File, I found it showing Error:

ERROR - Pattern "RLG72", entity (2-Pad) references a non-existant padstack (). Pattern will be skipped.
ERROR - Pattern "RLG72", entity (21-Pad) references a non-existant padstack (). Pattern will be skipped.
ERROR - Pattern "RLG72", entity (39-Pad) references a non-existant padstack (). Pattern will be skipped.
ERROR - Pattern "RLG72", entity (58-Pad) references a non-existant padstack (). Pattern will be skipped.

.......

Message - Component LMZ31520_RLG_72 refrences a footprint (RLG72) not in the library.

 Is this a problem with how I am importing into Mentor Expedition or is there possibly an error in the bxl file? I've imported before without having a problem.

    Hello user1375288,

    Our UltraLibrarian software vendor is looking into the issue now and figuring out if there is a bxl or tool issue.   We will have a solution for you soon.

    Hello user1375288,

    The LMZ31520_RLG_72.bxl and LMZ31710_RVQ_42.bxl have been corrected.  There was a naming issue in the pad stack which was preventing export to Altium.  I am attaching the corrected bxls which will be published to ti.com within 48 hrs.

    The same issue occurs with the LMZ35005 in the Altium exporting process. Could you have a look on that?
