LM4950ts p-spice model for simulation

Hi ,

I am using a LM4950ts in driving an external speaker 8 ohms load need a p-spice model for phase and gain margin analysis for simulation.

Please let me know if somebody can provide me the Pspice model for simulation

I don't believe a model for this device exists. I will move your post to the Modeling e2e where they may be able to help you further.

Apologies for the delayed reply. It seems we don't have a Spice model for this part. I checked for similar devices that have models and was unsuccessful there as well. If a model is essential for your work, please contact your local TI sales representative for field applications engineer and have them file amodel request on your behalf.
