Is there a generic Spice model for the part that I can use to import to simulation tools other than OrCad?

Hello Min,

Yes, we do have a model for this device on the web but it is encrypted. In order to import it into other tools, you would need the unencrypted model. We can get this to you, but will need an NDA in place before that. Please contact you local sales office and they can help you with this request.

Can you tell me who you worked with at TI to set this NDA up? I cannot release this unencrypted model on the forum unfortunately so will have the TI contact work with you directly to get this model over to you.
