Regarding Pspice model of this device, I refer the following forum.

Our customer run this model with Spectre which is version 14.1.0.They got the following message.

Error found by spectre during hierarchy flattening.

ERROR (SFE-74): Error found in protected block by Virtuoso(R) Spectre during circuit read-in

As mentioned on the above forum, the simulator should be more Ver15.7. However the model of LM5113 run correctly.

Does we need the simulator which is over Ver15.7?

Hello Hamamoto-san,

The model on the web for LM5113 are encrypted so unless you have the unencrypted version of the model, I am not sure how you got it to work in Spectre.

In order to use the encrypted PSpice models, you will need PSpice (Version 15.7 and up). If you need the unencrypted model to import into other simulators, you can request this through your local field contact. However note that the models are not guaranteed to work in other simulators like Spectre.
