How can I do math functions with two simulated waveforms

I am trying to use webench. The waveform I want to see is between two probes, so I need to subtract two waveforms.

How can I do that in an easy way? It is not intuitive in the software interface.

Thanks.

  • Bing,

This is a new feature that has been added to the plotter. Make sure both waveforms are present in the plot window. Simply choose the waveform that you want to subtract by right clicking on the signal axis:

Select transform and the following menu will come up. Select subtract from the Combine 2 Waveforms section and choose the waveform to be subtracted.

Click on create waveform and the resultant waveform should appear in the window.

There are several transforms that can be used for single plots as well as the two waveforms.
