I am sorry as I tried with no luck. (It seems to not recognize the crypt format)

maybe ... cause the crypting for pspice is different from hspice one ?!?

Hi Salva,

We do not have a HSPICE models for our parts, in general. They are usually supported with PSPICE models and WEBENCH. You can generate designs that meet your specific requirements and simulate them online using WEBENCH. Please give it a try.

If you absolutely need a HSPICE model, please contact your local TI representative and request the model.
