Altium PSPICE model for LM4562 and LM5113 TME

Hi,

I tried to simulate LM4562 and LM5113 with Altium desiner 15.12, but PSISE models,that I dounloaded from TI sites did't recognize.

Altium recognised they as XSPICE models and crashed simulation with message that they did't have compability nodes.

Models from another companies work.

Can you get modeis compabilite with Altium?

Dmitriy,

The PSpice model for the LM5113 is encrypted and can only be used on PSpice version 15.7 or higher.

The PSpice model for the LM4562 is not encrypted and the .lib file should work correctly in Altium Designer.

There are TINA-TI reference designs available in the prodcut folder for each device.

Thank you for answer. After some probs I made LM4562 simulations.

Could you help me with not encrypted model of LM5113 TME, that can be used in new design of GaN amplifier(Altium format).

Dmitriy,

Unfortunately, the LM5113 unencrypted PSpice model requires an NDA before it can be released.

If you have an NDA with TI, please request the unencrypted model from the Customer Support Center for your region.

If you do not have an NDA, the Customer Support Center can assist you with that as well.

If you have a direct TI support contact, they can also request the model and assist with an NDA.
