Hi,

For the LP2989 regulators, I only see HSPICE models on the website. I want to simulate a design where we are using this regulator. Where can I grab the 3V version of this regulator for TINA-TI (if it even exists)?

LP2989-3.0 is in Webench, and I had thought that any Webench design could be exported to Tina-TI, but I'm not seeing the 'export' button with LP2989-3.0.
I'll move this post over to modeling .

Thanks, I wasn't sure if there was a specific simulation area to post in.

I can only find PSPICE models for the 3.3V version on the part description page and couldn't get it to import successfully into TINA-TI.

Hi Philip,

The Sim-Export to TINA-TI feature will soon be enabled for this part. I will let you know once this is done.

Hi Philip,

Please find attched the TINA test bench for LP2989-25.

The test bench is set up for the following condition:

Vin(min) = 2.81V, Vin(max) = 4.25V, Vout =2.5V, Iout = 0.2A , Optimiser position = 3V
