Hi,
The SN74AUP3G04 has a BXL for different packages in the product folder under the Quality and Packaging tab. You can download the UltraLibrarian free reader and then convert the BXL file to different CAD formats of which Altium is one. You can also get the BXLs and the free reader from the following link.
