I get this error message when I try and use TI MOSFETS in PSpice;
"NMOS contains bsim3.2 parameters. You need the licensed copy of software to simulate bsim3.2"
I also found that when I try and use a single MOSFET driver in PSpice it reports that there are more than 75 nodes and I need the licensed version.
Is there any other simulation software other than PSpice that can use TI spice files ?
Thanks
