Customer sumulating attached TINA-TI data.
Customer calcuated resister of set the 5.01Vout, but TINA-TI model was 4.8V.
(Actual circuit was 5.2Vout)
Is TINA-TI model referance of Min or Max value spec?
Or, is this issue a bug of TINA-TI Model?
Best regards,
Satoshi
Satoshi,
I think you will need to update the Ripple Injection circuit in your application. I recreated your design specifications in WEBENCH using LM5017 (Vin = 20V, Vout = 5V @ 0.1A), changed the option to "Low Ripple". The values I got for Rr was 93K and Cr was 3nF and Cac was 10n. With these values I get 5V at Output. When you are using the ripple injection circuit, it is important to calculate these values accurately as it impacts the DC accuracy. Also, in final bench they may have to be tweaked slightly to get to the final value.
I am sharing the WEBENCH design below. Please check it out...
