Problem to sign in webbench

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5023

I am signed in in ti.com. I start Webbench power architect and I am only a guest. I am able to optimize a design. Coming to the point to create a project, I get the notice that I have to sign in into ti.com. Pressing OK ledas to a restart of webbench, the optimized design is gone and the initial source/load view is shown. I am getting crazy soon ...

Regards

Klaus

  • Klaus,

I apologize for the inconvenience. There was an issue with the login process after our latest release yesterday. We have reverted back the release and will be releasing the fix shortly for this along with the latest release.

With the revert back to the old release the login process should work now. Please give it a quick try and let us know if the problem still exists.

    Thanks,

  • Hi Nikhil, still the same behaviour:

I am logged in in ti.com.

I see a window Webbench Designer.

    I enter some parameters (AC/DC Supply, 110-230V to 24V/2A)

    I press Start Design

A new broweser window opens with the Webbench Designer.

There is one proposed part LM5023

    I press open Design

=> An endless loop of "Initializing Application" ...

    Best Regards

    Klaus Mueller

  • Hi Klaus,

I was having some similar issues today. I logged into WEBENCH from a different browser today and it started working.

I also heard back from our software team. You can also try to clear your browser cookie and re-login again. We had an issue with any WEBENCH cookie create in late Wednesday and early Thursday and this cause the application going into a infinite loop of "application initialization".

Let us know if you still face issues while logging into the tool.

    Thanks,
