TINA-TI Warning "Operating point not found"

It means that you have a convergence error. You can try multiple things

1. When you run the simulation (I am assuming you are doing a transient sim), you will see the 3 options listed below. Try using the one that you have not used before. For example if "Calculate Operating Point" was selected earlier and it gave the convergence error, try with "Zero Initial Conditions"

2. You can in addition also tweak the analysis parameters by going to Analysis --> Set Analysis Parameters and adjust the DC Sim parameters.

I have found that the best way to use these models is to start with the TINA-TI reference design that is already provided with the spice model and then modify it to suit your needs. In the TINA-TI reference designs, analysis parameters are tuned to give a working sim by default so it should be the best starting point for your application.
