PSpice to HSpice models

If you do a Google search, you will find several places where this is discussed. Unfortunately, I know of no such tool or directions for how to translate a PSpice behavioral model into an HSpice model. There are several differences that must be accounted for and once the changes are made, you would still want to verify the HSpice model against the data from the PSpice model to be sure that the conversion was correct and complete.

You might want to check with Analog Innovations (it comes up with the search also) to see if they have anything for behavioral model translations.
