Hi,

My customer try to use the SPICE model of TL972 on OrCAD, however an error message below has been seen.

I have searched this code (ORCAP-15052) on the web, but not much information...
Can you help me to debug this error??

Ken,

Did you customer refer to the session log to see what the error was?

I downloaded the model and the simulation works correctly for DC, AC, and transient simulations.

Can your customer provide the zipped directory of their OrCAD project?

Hi,Britt,

Thank you for your support! My customer has received feedback from Cadence about error code "ORCAP-15052".
According to customer, this error is related to wrong/invalid setting on OrCAD.
They corrected this and confirmed the model works. No issue on your model.
