BSDL Files

I am currently using JTAG to access a chain of chips on a telecommunications board.

There are 5 chips in this chain two of which are manufactured by TI.

I am having trouble finding the corresponding BSDL files for the following chips;

  1. Lucent F751977GPG (BGA 520) &
  2. Graychip GC5317IZED (BGA 388)

Could somebody let me know if these files are somewhere on your website? I have looked through the two downloadable files on the 'IBIS and BSDL Resources' but cannot find the files I need.
