Unexpected results from both models, checked with a simple static circuit applying a square wave through a resistor. The capacitance of the "on" channel is several hundred pF. Rechecked with channel off, capacitance is highest on COM but also large on NO2 pin (haven't checked others).
I actually want to model a 4053 type mux with higher resistance, lower injection: can I use anyone else's models with TinaTI? I tried using the TinaTI voltage-controlled switch but transient analysis ran extremely slowly and didn't give convincing results.
Back to TS5A3359 - applying 3Vpp 60kHz with 10k series to COM with IN1, IN2 low (switches open). Indicated capacitance 470 pF.
