Prajwal,

We are unable to support our models in LTSpice.

We provide PSpice and TINA-TI models for many of our devices and also support several devices using WEBENCH tools. In any case, this is a fairly old device and is not supported with any models or tools. You may want to enter your specifications into WEBENCH Power Designer and choose a solution from what it recommends.
