Hello

I use Orcad 16.5 Capture CIS and

I want to use Mosfet PSPICE model CSD17308Q3 for simulating dc converter.

but there is error and i don't know why.

here is error message.

"Subcircuit CSD17308Q3 used by X_X1 is undefined"

Could you help me out?

Jincheol,

It looks like your PSpice project can not find the FET model. Have you included the CSD17308Q3 library file (.lib) in your simulation profile?

Dear Gupta,

Yes i downloaded PSPICE moel of CSD17308Q3 and added .OLB file to Orcad Library.

But it didn't work..

OLB file is just the symbol file. You need to include the LIB file in your simulation profile which is the actual model.

PSpice >> Edit Simulation Profile >> Configuration Files >> Category = Library >> Point to the LIB file >> Add to Design >> Apply or OK.
