Spice file for ADS

Dear Customer Support team,

I believe the SPICE models for part number SN74LVC1G123 and SN74LVC1G17-Q1 are encrypted, therefore I am unable to import them into ADS. Can I have a patch for these models which I can use it in ADS, I need it for simulation for my research project

Rohit,

We do not currently have a way for you to simulate these devices in ADS. The -Q1 device only has an IBIS model and would require a simulator that can use IBIS models. The HSpice models are encrypted and can only be used in HSpice.
