Question for pspice simulation model of logic gates

Hello, I want to simulate with the model of NAND( SN74LVC1G00 ), INVERTER( SN74lVC1G14 ).

(except IBIS model)

So, I had downloded file 'ti_pspice_models.zip'. However there wasn't full model of TI devices.

Also, there is no simulation model in basic PSPICE library.

Is there any way that I can get full pspice simulation model of TI devices?

or is there any way to do logic simulation with IBIS model?

Hi WooJin,

The IBIS model won't work for logic sim. If there's no model found in the zip file you downloaded, then we don't have models for these parts.

Can you use generic NAND or INV models?

I 'm not sure that generic models can consider effects in reality.
I want to simulate as close as possible. So, I think it doesn't match with my purpose.
