Spice model for Old part

Hi, would you be able to help me find models (preferably SPICE) of part SN54LS174 (an old D flipflop)?

I wasn't able to find anything on Webench or in the Spice models library.

Miheal,

TINA-TI has a built in model for the SN74LS174 (commercial temperature range). I do not know of a stand alone PSpice model for the SN54LS174. Many simulation tools will have built in models for these older devices using their built in logic blocks and timing variables.
