Hello,

In order to test the possibility of simulation TPS544C25 in the module in LTSPICE (at this stage of development we don’t fit simulation in TINA-TI) from the site TEXAS INSTRUMENTS has been downloaded archive contains the SPICE – component model. Simulation was failed, since this model Spice encoded so that LTSPICE can’t recognize the code and start modeling. Where can I take the SPICE model that accept LTSPICE?

Hi Liudmila,

Unfortunately, we can not support our models in LTSpice. I understand that you do not use TINA-TI right now. There are a few alternatives. This device is s supported in WEBENCH Designer. It helps you to not only create a custom application based on you specific conditions, it also helps you to do electrical and thermal simulations. Once you are done, you can even export your Schematic and PCB (customized) into popular CAD formats.

Also, in case you can you TINA-TI, you can also export your complete simulation setup (schematics, models file, etc.) from WEBENCH to TINA-TI with a couple of clicks and carry on your analysis on TINA-TI.

Nikhil,

Do you have the ability to provide (or export) SPICE - TPS544C25 model that would be compatible with the unencrypted SPICE - format and which can be used in any simulator?
