Can HSpice model be used at TINA-TI?

I'd like to simulate SN74LVC244A but it has only HSpice model, not TINA-TI model. So can you let me know if HSpice model can be used at TINA-TI? And also please let me know free simulator for HSpice if it can't be used at TINA-TI.
