LM5022 non isolated flyback simulation

Can you provide the TINA-TI design you are having the issue with?

I believe that I have run the LM5022 in a very similar circuit to the PMP7764 previously and it did not have any issues (other than a little more output voltage variation from Vin min to Vin max).

I guess that the LM5022 should work perfectly fine with this configuration. I suspect that there is a problem with the way I've set up the transformer, because regardless of what transistor I use, I can't seem to get any switching current through it. Can you take a look at that?

Hi again,

I've now tested the solution you sent. I see the same behavior as I did see with my own TINA-setup. The design does not seem to regulate. The LM5022 switch with the same duty cycle (minimum?) regardless of external feedback. Here is the output voltage with three different loads:

RLOAD = 40 => VOUT = 10.25
RLOAD = 80 => VOUT = 20.43
RLOAD = 160 => VOUT = 40.45

So the output voltage is just proportional to the load.
