TPS55340 does not boost

I have a Power Source:7.4 Volt, Lithium Battery

I need to reach to 20 Volt, 1 Ampere on 20 ohm load resistance.

I tried circuit on WEBENCH but it didn't work. 

How can I solve the problem? What is your opinion?

    Thank you for using WEBENCH. Have you used the exact BOM as recommended by the design? Can you please share the layout with us?

    In addition to what Pavani asked, what do you mean by the circuit did not work? Do you mean that it failed in WEBENCH® or did you build the design and the design failed after it was constructed?

    If the device failed in WEBENCH®, please let us know how and what it failed.

    If the circuit failed after construction, did you use the board layout that was exported from WEBENCH®? Does the Lithium battery have enough output current to drive the SMPS at a little over 3.5A?
