DS90UB940 chip IC can use DS90UB913Q chip IC to Serializer

Dear TI :

         I have question about the FPD data Serializer and Deserializer chip IC use ,as the subject ,we want use DS90UB940 chip IC can use DS90UB913Q  chip IC to Serializer and Deserializer .and this plan can design or not ?
