No suitable MOSFET

Hello,
I have a problem with the provided high-end MOSFETs or rather the lack of thereof. I'm trying to create a 24V to 55V @ 5.6A boost converter. You have no suitable FETs for such. I have identified at few suitable candidates for this:

100V 30A NXP BUK7Y38-100E
150V 33A Infineon BSC360N15NS3
100V 40A Infineon BSC265N10LSFGA
100V 40A ST Micro STL40N10F7
100V 30A ST Micro STD30N10F7

And so forth, these are relatively inexpensive pieces. There's another discussion about webench current limits but even with reduced current output I'd need a pretty hefty MOSFET.

Hi Olli,

Thank you for the suggested FET list here and I will add them to our database. However, there is no guarantee a design will be created per the added FETs. Please note that WEBENCH uses the Theta JA value from the vendor datasheet to calculate the junction temperature and if this check fails, the design won't be created. We understand that the tool has some limitations like not offering heat-sink or air flow for the designs with thermal issues. So please be patient and welcome all suggestions, we will do our best to continue to improve the tool.

What about the Rdson vs temperature? This will get progressively worse the hotter the junction gets.
