STEP FILE (3D FILE) for the S-PVQFN-N20

  Thanks for contacting TI.  Unfortunately,  S-PVQFN-N20 is not specific enough for us to deliver a STEP model.  Which part number are you interested in?  Once we know that, we can check for the STEP model.  It is often posted in the product folder on the Quality & Packaging tab.  See for an example.

thanks for the step file. It now appears on the product folder. However, it's a pity that the mark of the number one pin is not represented on the body top.

Here is the response from the STEP team:

In some cases the pin 1 identifier is a physical feature in the mold compound so we try to include it in the model. However, in most cases it is a laser mark that can vary so we don’t include it as part of the model.

In this case the pin 1 identifier is a laser mark. However, there is a chamfer on the DAP that is also used as a pin 1 identifier.
