TPS43060EVM and WEBENCH

Dear Support,

I bought the TPS43060EVM , and I tested it with VIN 24V, Vout = 40V and Iout= 1.6A. I see that the temperature reached by M1 M2 and IC in TPS43060EVM, is much lower than in my project. So I would like to compare the result of the TPS43060EVM project in the WEBENCH with my project. The problem is that the selection of M1,M2 is possible only in couple, and the TPS43060EVM uses the same MOSFET (the BSC123N08NS3G) that are not selectable in WEBENCH.

Can anybody send me the WEBENCH project of the TPS43060EVM, including the PCB layout to simulate the temperature profile too ?

I have created a WEBENCH design which has the same FETs, inductor and switching frequency as the eval board. Also, the copper area in WebTHERM is based on the eval board layout, but i made a few changes around the FET and inductor locations. The M1 temperature is 116C and the M2 temperature is 105C. This is higher than the default WEBENCH design. I will share this design with you.

By the way, if you raise the Vin from 10V to 24V and lower the Iout from 2A to 1.6A on the WebTHERM page and run a new thermal simulation, the M1 temperature is 55C and the M2 temperature is 67C. This is because the FET currents are much lower due to the higher input voltage and lower output current.
